I saw Mr Habeeb both as a NHS patient and Private and I can say that both experiences were positive. Mr Habeeb was professional, respectful and treated me with care and with courtesy. I had my procedure at Kims Hospital and I felt looked after and treated with care. Mr Habeeb has a professional empathic approach and felt he showed a genuine interest in my care pre and post op.

Mr Hany Habeeb was very attentive and took great care to explain my condition before my operation and made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything. Even after my operation he came to see if I was ok and since then I have had 2 follow up appointments as I felt I had some difficulties in recovery which he was very understanding of and took great care in checking and reassuring me that all is well.

Mr. Habeeb gave me his full attention when he addressed me. Mr. Habeeb seemed to have a great team around him who trusted and respected him. He made me feel that he knew what he was talking about when he spoke to me. He shook my hand and spoke positively and encouragingly to me. As a teacher myself, I liked the way that he was obviously teaching his team as well as working with them. I hope that they appreciate his example and learn from his confident bedside manner. Constructively - I would like to have been given test results more promptly when I was at home recovering. This would have helped me to relax, knowing that all was well without me having to ring up his secretary and wait for a reply or a letter. I have one more blood test result to wait for and while I hope that this will be relayed to me promptly, I am not 100% sure. If the results are not good and need urgent attention, then i am confident that he will contact me. If the results are clear, i would still like to be told asap so that I and my family can relax.

Response from Mr Hany Habeeb

Thank you very much for your positive as well as your constructive comments. I am pleased that you mentioned your profession which enabled me to identify who you are. As such, I have clarified the reasons for delay in communicating the original results in a telephone conversation yesterday and these were accepted. I have also given you the results of the recent blood test. BW
